Submissions We Accept...

Photography can be submitted by email to editors@freethezine.com or through Instagram by using the hashtag #hellofreezine. Please submit photo sets all together.

​

Writing can be submitted by email to editors@freethezine.com. We accept any sort of writing (poetry, journal entries, school/personal essays, collaborative writing, songs, etc.) in our submissions. Please also specify what kind of writing you are submitting, especially whether it is fiction or nonfiction.

Illustrations (drawings, paintings, digital artwork, etc.) can be submitted by email to editors@freethezine.com or through Instagram by using the hashtag #hellofreethezine. It is preferred that your artwork is submitted as a scanned copy, but photos of your illustrations are accepted too if a scanned copy isn't possible!

Videos can be submitted by email to editors@freethezine.com as the highest resolution possible. Keep in mind that videos cannot be presented in our actual physical zine, but can be featured on our website, Instagram, or Facebook account.

Music can be submitted by email to editors@freethezine.com as a digital file or as a link to your SoundCloud/BandCamp/Facebook page with that specific piece of music. Keep in mind that music cannot be presented in our actual physical zine, but can be featured on our website, Instagram, or Facebook account.

When submitting, please include the title of your work. If your submission is untitled, that's fine too. Please specify.

​

Anonymous submissions are absolutely accepted! Please include as little or as much information about yourself with your submission. If you would simply like your work to be anonymous altogether, please make the subject of your email submission "ANONYMOUS SUBMISSION".

If your work is accepted, we will send you an email of congratulations!
